How long has Bell Environmental, The Store been in business?
Bell Environmental has been operating as a pest control service business since 1963. We launched Catchits.com in 1998, to distribute our signature Catch-it insect traps / monitors. In 2006, we began to sell more products direct to consumers and businesses through this Yahoo powered e-commerce site. The current incarnation was launched in June of 2010. We are quite proud and hope you appreciate the work that has gone in to making your shopping experience with us even better!

What is Bell Environmental's Shipping Policy?
We strive to keep our shipping prices as low as possible. Shipping is based on a real time rate from UPS depending upon your zip code and weight of your order. To calculate the shipping amount, please add all the items to your shopping cart. You can use the Calculate Shipping function of the mini-cart system to see shipping charges on your order the whole way through the buying process. Free shipping is available to the continental US only. We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier on all orders.

How are my items handled and shipped?
Items ship via UPS. You will receive an e-mail after your order is confirmed with a link to check your order's status. From there, you can find out exactly where your order is.

Items are shipped discreetly in plain boxes or packaging with no indication of the contents inside.

How do you use information collected from me?
We will NEVER share your information with anyone outside of our company. Your credit card information will only stay on record with us for 1 month before it is deleted from our systems. You can be confident that your personal information is secure with us.

How do I use a coupon from your store?
Enter your coupon code into the Coupon Code box toward the bottom of the Checkout Page. Coupons eligibility is based on merchandise only. (Not tax or shipping). Coupons apply to merchandise only and not to shipping costs.

What is your return policy?
Products still in their original shipping package that have not been opened or used may be returned at the customer's expense within 30 days from delivery date. Returns processed after 30 days from the order date will be handled by check, since we do not store credit card information beyond 30 days.

Special Return Policy for Protect-a-bed Allerzip Mattress, Box Spring, & Pillow Encasements:
Due to the nature of Bed Bug infestations, these products are not returnable. We cannot risk contaminating our supply of these items by accepting returns.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal

How is my private information handled?
We take your privacy very seriously. We do not sell our customers' personal data. We do not share our customers' personal data with any outside entities.

How will my credit card be processed?
E-commerce is handled by Yahoo!'s secure servers through an encrypted SSL system for your protection. Numbers will be stored in our merchant bank's certified secure servers for up to 30 days to facilitate your transaction. At no time does Bell Environmental store your credit card information.
