Shipping Policies as of April 2011:
Most items are shipped from our Fairfield, NJ location using United Parcel Service. We pass along standard UPS pricing for all orders. Pricing is based on the zip code being shipped to, the item weight (size), and the speed of delivery chosen by you, the customer. Orders containing all instock merchandise received by 3:00PM Eastern Time will be shipped the same day. We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier on all orders.
Express Service is available at additional expense to the continental United States via UPS on most items. Insect Light Traps are not available via Express Service, as they are shipped from the manufacturer.
All Bed Bug Products (including Mattress & Boxspring Encasements, DIY Kits, Treatment items, etc.) are shipped in discreet unmarked boxes for your privacy.
Orders received by 3:00PM Eastern Time will be shipped same day if all items are in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you through the e-mail address and/or phone number provided with your order to notify you and apprise you of options regarding your order's shipping.
Free Shipping: Our free shipping promotion is subject to change. The current Free Shipping threshold is always shown in the header of each page on this site and will be calculated by our Free Shipping Countdown in your shopping cart. Tax charges are not included in the Free Shipping threshold. Free shipping is only available in the continental US only. Free shipping promotion does not apply to Gilbert Insect Light Traps.

WHEN do you ship?
Items shipped from our Fairfield, NJ location are shipped each business day at 3:30 PM. Orders for in stock merchandise received by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time are shipped same day.
Depending on your location or the size of your order, some items such as Bed Bug Proof Mattress Covers or Insect Light Traps may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.
RATES to ship?

FREE SHIPPING is available for orders over a designated amount. This amount fluctuates based on our promotional schedule. The current FREE SHIPPING threshold is displayed in the header of this site on every page. There is also a FREE SHIPPING countdown in your shopping cart as you add items which lets you know how much more you should add to reach FREE SHIPPING. Tax is not included in reaching the threshold.
How to track an order that's been shipped?
When your items ship, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number included. You can copy and paste the tracking number into the carrier's site Track a Package function to find out the most up to date information about your shipment’s progress.
Is there an in-store pick up option?
If you prefer to pick up the items you have purchased online, please select Pickup from the shipping options menu during checkout. Please enter our 155 US Highway 46, Fairfield, NJ 07004 location as your ship to followed by your billing information during checkout. You may pick up items Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM & 4:30 PM Eastern Time from our Fairfield, NJ location.
